The event's featured guest speaker will be Dr. Hellen Greenblatt, who holds a dual doctorate in microbiology and immunology from State University of New York. Dr. Greenblatt is a member of the New York Academy of Sciences, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the American Society of Nutrition.

The seminar is open to health practitioners and members of the public interested in understanding the immune system's role in maintaining better health.
